Coats, coats, coats!

Hi guys. I am back again with another fashion post and today is all about coats.

We are finally in that time of year where we can wrap ourselves into warm snug coats! I personally love a long-ish coat, I think that it can make the most simple outfit look a lot dressier, if that's what you want of course.

Autumn is the perfect time to buy a coat as there is so much choice in the shops. I find if you wait until the weather gets colder a lot of the coats I would want to buy are either sold out in my size or just no where to be found.

I am generally an extremely organised person, so I always think ahead when it comes to styling my outfits. Even when the weather is still too warm to even wear a jacket, I'm already thinking about what style and colours I'd like to go for in the colder months. I pick out my colour scheme, knowing that I need a few key pieces that will go with most of the bits I already own. A new season doesn't exactly mean we need to run to the shops and buy something new. A good quality coat can last a couple of years and if you go for a classic style it's never going to go out of style. I love investing in a more expensive coat, not because the less expensive aren't as good but for the reason that the coat would be in my wardrobe for a couple of years and all I have to do is change around the accessories that I would wear it with, like scarves, handbags, gloves and hats.

Of course that doesn't mean I don't want to buy something new every season, after all a girl can never have to many clothes. And like most of us my wardrobe is full but I have nothing to wear. #girlproblems

In this post,

I included one coat that I have purchased recently, a more affordable one that I won't feel bad wearing it every day in and out of the car, while doing my daily errands.

The 2nd one is my "investment" coat. It's more on the higher price and by far my favourite brand.

The 3rd one is a statement coat in my favourite print.

1: Grey Coat from New look (petite)

2: Black Coat by Ted Baker (my all time favourite brand)

3: Leopard Print Coat from New Look (petite)

Hope you enjoyed this post.

Love E x
